By using fullfill (app, website, or services), you agree to these terms.

1. What fullfill Is

fullfill is a wellness and self-growth platform offering journaling, breathing, routines, audio, video, and educational tools. It is not medical or mental-health advice and does not replace professional care.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and use the app legally. You are responsible for your account and keeping login details secure.

3. Pricing

fullfill is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscriptions or premium features in the future. Users will receive advance notice before any charges apply.

4. AI & Data Processing

We use secure third-party AI services for features such as transcription, goal optimization, recipe generation, and other smart functions. Relevant data is securely transmitted only as needed.

5. Location & Notifications

If enabled, location data (such as timezone) is used only to deliver notifications and nudges at appropriate times. You can turn off push or email notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. Your Content

You own what you create (journal entries, uploads). You grant us permission to store and process it within fullfill to operate the service. Do not upload illegal or harmful content.

7. Our Content

All app content, branding, and technology belong to us or our partners. Personal use only. No copying, redistribution, reverse-engineering, or misuse.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, impersonate others, or use features unlawfully.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or legal requirements.

10. Liability

fullfill is provided "as is." We are not responsible for health outcomes, personal decisions, device issues, or third-party service disruptions.
